Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre

Located right in the heart of Melbourne on the edge of the Yarra River is the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC), comprising of the Melbourne Exhibition Centre and Melbourne’s latest offering in architectural ingenuity – the Melbourne Convention Centre.

Fitting in nicely with the WEC theme and focus, MCEC is first convention centre in the world to be awarded a 6-star green star environmental rating. The Convention Centre is easily accessible from every direction by foot, car or public transport and is surrounded by cafes, bars, shopping and fine restaurants.

If you are being dropped off at the Exhibition Centre, Clarendon Street entrance is the closest entrance. If you are getting a lift to the Convention Centre, the entrance near DFO South Wharf is the closest drop off point.
