Penguin Parade Tour
Every evening at dusk, the penguins come home from the sea to Phillip Island. Watch from an elevated boardwalk as they waddle cautiously from the beach to their burrows. Phillip Island is a treasure trove of Australian wildlife featuring seals, koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, birdlife and penguins.
The tour also takes you to Churchill Island, where you can explore the working farm; Koala Conservation Centre, where you’ll see koalas in their natural habitat; Penguin Parade, giving you the opportunity to wander through the “Penguin Experience” exhibition; and Summerland Beach, providing a premium viewing area for the penguins’ arrival.
Great Ocean Road
Known for its dramatic and impressive coastline, one of our top attractions is the Great Ocean Road; a must-see when you visit Melbourne.
Make sure your camera is fully charged as you will certainly be snap happy travelling along the coast with its spectacular ocean vistas contrasting with serene rainforest. The tour also takes you to the star attractions of Port Campbell National Park, a viewing of the Twelve Apostles from the boardwalk, and exploring the Loch Ard Gorge.
Yarra Valley Wineries & Dandenong Ranges
Sample the best wine, food and scenery of Victoria by taking a tour through the beautiful Blue Dandenongs and the Yarra Valley. Wineries you’ll visit include Fergusson Winery, Rochford Wines and Dominique Portet.
Mornington Peninsula
Looking for a full day out with an emphasis on a wide range of wine accompanied by superb food and hinterland scenery? This tour might be for you. Highlights include Mooroduc Estate, Yabby Lake, Quealy Vineyard, Merricks General Wine Store, Mornington Peninsula Chocolates, Red Hill Cheese and Arthurs Seat.
Starting early, you’ll travel along the coast past Melbourne’s beachside suburbs and then head inland to the first stop, Moorooduc Estate at Moorooduc. A short drive away is the Yabby Lake Vineyard, one of the higher profile vineyards in the Peninsula. Skirting the Westernport Bay side of the Peninsula, the tour takes you to the Quealy Vineyard at Balnarring. Quirky and with a nod to Italian winemaking styles, it’s a vineyard that leaves an impression.
After lunch, visits would be made to the Mornington Peninsula Chocolates at Flinders and Red Hill Cheese at Main Ridge. Both properties complement the wineries beautifully and offer variety that’s missing in other wine regions. On days when both these properties are closed, a visit would be made to either Stonier Wines or Ten Minutes by Tractor Vineyard. The return to Melbourne travels via Arthurs Seat, the highest point on the Peninsula. A stop will be made to enjoy the panoramic views across Port Phillip Bay to Melbourne and beyond (weather permitting).
